Because each StardustCove piece is made especially for you, all sales are final. But if your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, reach out within 7 days of delivery — we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

How to request one:

Email us with your order number and a photo of the issue. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

Please note:

• We’re unable to accept returns for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or color variations due to screen display, since items are made-to-order

• Refunds (when approved) go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

• Lost or delayed packages should be reported to us so we can help track or resolve with the carrier
