Welcome to Stardust Cove! By accessing or purchasing from our shop, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Descriptions

We do our best to describe and photograph all items accurately. Please note that colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. Each handcrafted item may have small, beautiful imperfections that make it one-of-a-kind.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Custom orders or made-to-order pieces may take longer. You'll receive a confirmation once your order ships.

3. Payments

All payments are securely processed through Shopify’s trusted system. We do not store any of your payment details.

4. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. (See our Return Policy for details.)

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, and content are property of Stardust Cove. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our work without written permission.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Your information is used solely for order fulfillment and communication. We will never sell or share your information. (See our Privacy Policy.)
